In 2005 there were rolling blackouts through out California. In the midst of busy summer season, there would be times the blackouts would occur during our production of a pool liner. This was the case with the Tassi family. They originally bought their first pool in 2005, made during these rolling blackouts. The pool worked fine throughout the summer of 2005. They took it down and stored it for the winter. However the following year, one of the main seams gave out. They contacted us and we replaced it immediately. Other companies may be afraid to admit their mistakes, but we stand behind our products 100%

Dear ReallyEZPools;

On you website, you state “quality customer service”.  I am writing to let everyone know that ReallyEZPools not only has quality customer service, but outstanding customer service.

We purchased one of your pools in 2005.  When we started assembly, we were missing a couple of parts.  I contacted you by phone, and within a couple of days the missing parts arrived at my door.  I was very impressed with your courteous customer service and the speed in which the parts arrived!

The rest of the 2005 swimming season was excellent!

In June 2006, we again set-up the pool, anticipating another flawless swimming season.  On Wednesday June 28th, disaster struck.  One of the pool seams opened up.  To add complexity to the issue, we had planned a summer party for the 4th of July weekend (only 4 days away).  My daughter was crushed!

I emailed you and sent photos along with an explanation of what happened.  Within a few minutes, I received an email from Charles at ReallyEZPools, telling me what I had to do to start the replacement process.  I conveyed to him the importance of getting the pool replacement by the weekend (2 days away).  He said he’d contact the factory directly and see what he could do.

After a couple of emails and phone calls, Charles let me know that he would have a replacement pool for us Friday evening June 30th, and asked if we could drive up to ReallyEZPools to pick it up.  Charles then called back a little later and said he’d meet us half way to personally deliver the pool!

We picked up the pool and were swimming in it Saturday evening!  The 4th of July party was saved thanks to the excellent customer service of ReallyEZPools!

Thank you Charles and the rest of the staff of ReallyEZPools.  You have a customer for life.
