    “A beach in Colorado Springs?” That was what was being said about Shannon Steiner’s idea for a beach-themed event in Colorado Springs. Margarita Mountain Beach was the name of the event - and it was based around a giant 52’ x 52’ pool. Which, of course, was our pool.

        Using a Rodeo event center as the location, we set up a 52’ x 52’ special colored pool (she had seen the giant fish pool that was 60’ x 100’ and like the color combination). We set it up and had it ready for water in less than a couple of hours. The event was the first of it’s kind, but the beginning of an annual event.
