As we started getting into more and more lap pool orders, we realized that the previous way we would recommend people to assemble an EZ pool was not as easy on the longer lap pools. So the boys in production went about and came up with another way to do it. The new assembly process is actually so easy, that when we assembled a 10m x 25m pool in UK (2010) it took four guys less than two hours to assemble it.
