This project was and is, one of the most challenging and exciting projects we have done so far. Essentially we had a potential customer that wanted to convert some narrow but long yard area into a long therapy lap pool. There was no way the city would issue him a permit based on a conventional style swimming pool. In these first group of pictures, we visited the Chen family home and stared at where he envisioned the pool being. As we looked at the area, a big smile came across our faces, “This could work.” Take a look at these pictures and see if you could imagine a 7’ x 77’ lap pool in them.

Confident that we were up to the challenge, the Chen family went about modifying the ground area to maximize the area for an EZ Lap Pool. While he was busy working on that, we had been working on developing fully insulated therapy lap pools. By using our patent pending technology from our therapy pools, we worked on developing a revolutionary new lap pool that was fully insulated like our therapy pools. The result is a 77’ long lap pool that costs about $50 a month to heat and maintain.

In the end, we were able to install a fully insulated portable lap pool that provided the Chen family with exactly the swimming solution he was after. And we all agree that truly, there was no where on the planet the Chen family could go to get this same pool. Only EZ Pools was able to provide him with the answer and solution he was looking for - at a cost that was NOT a king’s ransom.
