    A work in progress. One of the unique aspects about buying from us is that we have total control over your warranty clock. And with our ThermaPool specifically, it can sometimes be weeks, months - even a whole year, before somebody actually finishes and installs their ThermaPool. Mainly because customers will buy them according to a projected time for the completion of their therapy pool room, patio or other project. In the case of the Butts family, they had everything on track to start using the ThermaPool almost within a week of getting it. Sadly, Mrs Butts took a turn for the worse for a couple of months and the project was put on hold. Though the pictures show below the pool looks great, they are just not heating it right now until she gets better and more mobile. In almost all other companies, the warranty would start the moment you fill it. Mr. Butts reached out to us, explained the situation and we put his warranty clock on hold until Mrs. Butts starts using it.

    After all, we are a family - a family of happy EZ Pool Owners.
